When we arrived at our hotel we had a great surprise! Daddy booked our stay at a Hilton Grand Vacation, by Sea World! The accomodations are amazing! Beautiful suites, gorgeous pools, recreational games, and the boys favorite: fresh watermelon poolside!

Destination Airplane!
We had a great flight!! I did get nervous the morning of our flight....4 AM was really early, and the boys were super excited about flying on a plane! ( even though they have flown many times, this is their first time understanding it! ) But all three kids did great!!! Granna and Papa took us to the airport and stayed with us until we went through security. Security was difficult managing the shoes, bags and kids, but a nice lady did help. I had Jayne Elizabeth strapped to the front, a backpack on the back, and two very cute little boys on each hand! The plane ride was very busy entertaining the kids! But in my backpack there was a pantry full of special snacks, juice boxes, crayons, coloring pencils, notebooks, stickers, presents to open from Grandma Nadine, books, and pacifiers! Joseph enjoyed picking apart the snack mix. Johnathan played mostly with the stickers. Jayne Elizabeth enjoyed my lap and snacked on crackers most of the flight!! The boys were all smiles when they figured out they were allowed to keep their pacifiers ( or two ) during the flight! Joseph told me his ears hurt on the way down, but another juice box helped! The kids were so excited to see their Daddy!!! I think flying with three little ones is hard work, but these kids were great!! The flight attendants complimented the kids, and several passengers did too! I was so proud of them! I love my sweet little family! Now, where do I fly to next? ha ha!
See the guy staring in the background, many people looked at me like this!

Grandma Nadine
Whew! The week without Daddy is coming to an end, we fly to Florida in the morning to meet him! This week went well! A big thank-you to Grandma Nadine for being here with us and helping us do anything and everything! We went to the library, shopped, fit carseats, haircuts, played, read, cooked, bathed, dressed, and did just about everything other than sleep! It helps that Grandma Nadine is a pre-school teacher! Our homeschool theme was planes this week preparing the boys for the flight. Grandma was super creative with their plane crafts, and it helps that Grandpa Tim is a pilot. She has lots of experiences with planes! We will miss her!

Play time!
This cold weather and snow has made us find different ways to burn energy off of these little ones! We took a trip to the play gym in Cookeville, Wiggletime! It was bunches of fun, and now Jayne Elizabeth is big enough to get in on the action too! This week will be crazy at our house! Anthony leaves for Florida in the morning for a vet conference, but my motherinlaw, Grandma Nadine, will be coming to manage our chaos here at home without Daddy! The big day will be next Wednesday when I fly with all three little ones by myself to Florida to meet Daddy!! We then will spend a few days at SeaWorld, and celebrate our friend Lauren's first birthday! Good times, and pictures to come!

Mommy bought a sled, or two!
It is so cold in Tennessee!!! We have had snow on the ground for days!! We had more snow, actually 2-3 inches at our house, but the farm had better slopes! So I did what any girl from Florida would do, loaded up my three babies and headed to the slopes, barely covered in snow! But- it was so fun! We definitely could sled down the hills, but the rocks and pasture remains bruised my bottom! Joseph decided quickly that it was to cold for him, and he asked to go back inside with Granna and baby Jayne! Johnathan really loved sledding! He is usually my cautious boy, but he laughed and played without a complaint! Johnathan even earned a small shiner this day! Aunt Anne is at the farm, and she was a great photographer of this winter fun!
Ouch!
Cutest picture ever!
Brrrr, icicles!

Your Legacy
My grandpa, Joseph Lamar Roberts graduated to heaven this week. We are celebrating his life, and taking joy that he is now with my precious Grammie. It is tough, my grandparents are all with the Lord now, but I am thankful that they were all a part of my life. I did not meet my Dad's parents, but they influenced my life. As we reflected today on my Papa, his legacy of sports, civic offices, and dedication to his family and God, I am humbled and thankful for the opportunity to know him. Our Joseph, has a Godly man to follow his name, and legacy.
We pray that our children may love the Lord Jesus Christ, be obedient to adults, and have happy hearts. Now another angel is standing with my Grammie to watch over them, probably coaching football as we speak! Glory to God!

Mommy and Daddy go to the Big Easy!
We packed our bags and headed to New Orleans, without any babies!!! The trip was planned around cheering on the Gators at the Sugar Bowl. This is the first non-veterinary conference trip alone for myself and Anthony since having all three little ones! It was AMAZING! New Orleans is special to us because that is where I lived after we were married while finishing clinicals in grad school! However, the key to this trip was having our close friends Tanya and Patrick there with us, they are Louisiana locals! We had the best time! Anthony and I love the New Orleans atmosphere and food!
Myself and Tanya with a craw-gator!
For New Years Eve we celebrated with amazing reservations at GW Fins. This meal was the best food you could put in your mouth! GW Fins was awarded the 2009 Best Seafood of New Orleans, and we agree!
After the appetizers, dinner, and dessert we headed out to Bourbon Street!
Guess who?!?
At midnight we celebrated along the riverside with a spectacular fireworks show!
GO GATORS!!! Game time at the Super Dome! We had unbelievable seats on the 45 yard line, row 17! Good Job Santa! This game was a blast!!! I was so proud of the Gator football team, especially our beloved Tim Tebow AND Urban Meyer!
At Fan Jam!
It is Great to be a Florida Gator!

Our #15
One of Anthony's favorite foods is boiled crawfish!!! It is early for crawfish season, but Tanya found a local spot that had the crawfish boil! On this day Anthony had 5 lbs of crawfish and 2 dozen raw oysters, plus much more! Needless to say he left New Orleans with a smile and full belly!
This was a much needed vacation for us!! Thank you so much to our friends and family for making our weekend all that it could be, and more!
