Kinder Musik
The boys graduated tonight from the Music Academy Kinder Musik class Cock-A-doodle-MOO! We have been going each Monday night, and loved it! The theme for this course was perfect for our boys. Hop on the hayride—it’s time to head for the farm! In the Cock-a-doodle-MOO! unit of Kindermusik Village, we sang songs about the farm, including “Old MacDonald,” “Hayride,” and “Clever Cows.” It was great to engage in playful activities, including infant massage, lap bounces, exercise, and quiet time. The boys completed the "Feather" unit after they first came home from the hospital, but I think we all enjoyed the farm theme much more! This is a great bonding time, and so much fun!! I encourage any parent to get involved in Kinder Musik!

Home Sweet Home
Finally!!! We made it home safe this afternoon! We are all so glad to be in our home! The boys are sleeping quietly in their bed, and Anthony and I are looking forward to getting back on our routine this week. I do not have any pictures of the trip home, but the boys traveled well. We enjoyed making memories in Florida, and we learned so many things that will help in future travels!!

Zoo
Today we went to the zoo with Mommy's best friend! Aunt Tiffany and Uncle Dave brought Sarah to our hotel and then we all went to the zoo! Wow- the Florida weather was HOT! We had such a great time with our friends! Mommy misses Aunt Tiffany so much! All of the kids were so good!! They made it to the zoo, out to dinner, and then out for dessert! We are so blessed!

It is Friday
On the way to a coffee shop for breakfast!
Daddy and the boys enjoying fresh air and food!
In the hotel room, playing in our toy box from home!
Dr Wearing and Daddy with the boys before going out to Channelside for the night! Mommy is so thankful for another experienced Daddy to entertain the boys!The boys are restless! I think that the limitations of being in a hotel are beginning to surface! The boys ( and Mommy ) are fussy! Daddy was in class all day, but we had a great evening down at Channelside with our family and Dr Wearing! It was the latest the boys have ever stayed out, 10:00 PM! They had fun with the music and food! However both fell asleep before we walked back to the hotel!

Pool time!
Joseph is feeling better. Today was pool day with Daddy! We spent the morning playing in the pool and lounging in the shade! This is a tough conference for Daddy. hmmm. The boys loved the water!! Mommy and Daddy had fun in the sun also! We took so many cute pictures! Here are just a few....ha!

Hotel room blues
We have played in the room most of the day, because Joseph has a low grade fever. He is doing fine on Tylenol and Motrin. But I think the boys are disappointed not to be at the pool, or out in the sunshine ( or at least Mommy is!! ). We all met Daddy and Dr Wearing, who is from Cookeville, TN for lunch at the sports bar. That was fun, but then we came back to the room so that Joseph could rest.

Tampa, here we are!
The plane and trip here was good! Hard work for Mommy and Daddy but the boys traveled great. The only crisis was bedtime last night at the hotel in Nashville. Johnathan and Joseph won that battle, but we survived.
We arrived this afternoon, and we are all in one piece, kinda. Johnathan experienced his first fall from a bed, the hotel bed allows him to roll quite nice! Ugh-- he is fine, but Anthony and I learned that the boys are mobile everywhere you put them. We walked from our hotel to the grocery store, for baby items of course! However hindsight is 20/20. We should of used our sunblock before the walk to the store! Ugh-- Anthony and I have refocused and vowed to be more attentive parents!
We are staying at the Waterside Mariott. Here is our view from the room, beautiful! However the size of the room is rather small for a family with two infants! Anthony begins the veterinary conference in the morning, I am sure I will find a space for the Hokey Pokey, over and over, and over again!
Whew- the boys are tired!! They are sleeping good tonight!

Congratulations!
Congratulations Tanya and Patrick!!! They are engaged! Tanya and Patrick are great friends of ours-- not many people can get me to cheer on an SEC school other than the Gators! Tanya and I shared many memories through PT school and have remained close friends! We love you both, and look forward to a wedding in Louisiana soon!

Celebrate our Savior

Celebrate Our SaviorOn Easter morn, we celebrate our Savior;
Whatever people seek in Him, they find.
In history, there has never been another
So holy, sacrificial, good and kind.
His resurrection makes us all immortal;
In heaven, we’ll be together with our King.
His resurrection makes us all immortal;
In heaven, we’ll be together with our King.
Eternally we’ll share in all His blessings;
Happy Easter! May Jesus Christ be your everything!

I am so tired.......
Sweet Baby Joseph! My Mommy was so busy packing and putting my brother to sleep for his nap, and I was so tired that I just fell asleep playing in the activity center! She found me, and then hugged me lots because she felt so bad that I fell asleep playing! After that I went to sleep in my comfortable bed, and took a long nap! Ugh- the life of an identical twin~

Hoppy Easter Everybody!
I just cant get enough of these two little boys! Today was the first day that Anthony stayed home with them all day, while I went to work! It was a great day for him and the boys! The boys were happy, ate well, and slept well! A Daddy couldn't ask for more! I am so thankful that he is starting to take one day a week off to spend with me, Johnathan and Joseph! He works the weekend and is on-call, but next week we go to Tampa with the boys for a veterinary conference! Enjoy more pictures of the bunnies!
Happy Boys!

Sleep time
The nights are going good! The boys are sleeping much better, and can even sleep through the night in their bed! Good things come to those who wait, we waited 9 months for a night of sleep! However Anthony still gets up once a night to feed Joseph, and I am up with him to pump!!However our scheduled nap times are not as consistent. The pictures below show a typical nap time...................

Sweet Boys
These two little boys are so sweet! We have had a great weekend! Anthony was off this weekend and we loved having Daddy home! We played outside and enjoyed a walk each day. Daddy was able to entertain the boys, and I was able to get caught up on making their baby food purees!

Aunt Anne
Aunt Anne came to visit us from South Carolina! Aunt Anne is actually the boys great-aunt anne!! She is a very important and special person in my life! She was there when I was born, and she was the one who came and stayed with us when we brought the boys home! My Mom and Aunt Anne kept the boys while I worked on Thursday. Thank you!!

Toy Box
We love to play together. We have began "talking" back and forth while playing! We are so interested in each other, and we copy each others movement also!! Some of our favorite time is to play in a toy box. We love to pull out the toys one by one, and today we learned to "push" and "pull" the box between each other. The boys continue to hear "share please."
