Spaghetti dinner!

The kids REALLY enjoyed their dinner, and I had to grab my camera to document this mess!

This may be my last post for the weekend, but I promise great pictures of myself and hubby with NO kids in New Orleans next time!! Hopefully we will  have pictures of a Sugar Bowl win, and New Year's Eve on Bourbon Street...wow!

Christmas Morning!

Happy Birthday Jesus!!! We had a crazy Christmas morning, beginning at 5:15 AM. Johnathan and Joseph let the excitement of the morning distract them from their manners!!! The boys did not want to share any presents, even if there were two identical presents! Jayne Elizabeth was in awe of the mess and excitement! After Anthony and I regained control of the event, the day proceeded better! Christmas is a season, and we had an amazing season filled with precious memories. God is so good, and we are humbled and thankful for the birth of His son!

The kitchen and basketball goal were favorite Santa gifts! The teepee that Grandma Gail made was also a favorite!

Our baby girl on her pink pony!

Our big boys, using their cow ropes!!!

Caution, if you see a cow rope and blonde hair, please step away! The boys have lassoed the basketball goal and their sister already! We are working on technique, right now the cow rope is all about function!
Merry Christmas, these kids are fun!

Santa is SWEET

Santa is sweet, and taking Mommy to the SUGAR BOWL!!! Yes, we will leave all three babies ( ***gasp**) with friends and family and head to New Orleans to cheer on my Florida Gators! Anthony has arranged the entire trip from amazing tickets, flight, and downtown hotel coordinating with dear friends Tanya and Patrick! I am super excited for our first real get-a-away without one of the three babies! We will ring in 2010 in New Orleans!!! So off we go, once again with breastpump in hand!!

Christmas Eve at the farm

We celebrated Christmas Eve at the farm with a delicious dinner, and then presents!! Johnathan and Joseph had a blast! Jayne Elizabeth loved the dinner!

Aunt Anne and Uncle Rich gave the boys scooters! Personally, I was very nervous about scooters, however the boys caught on quick, and LOVED riding them!

Aunt Justina and Fritz! Jayne Elizabeth laughed, and laughed playing with Fritz!

Jayne Elizabeth was determined to ride the scooter like her brothers!

Dessert with Daddy!

Uncle Clay and Aunt Justina took on the task of making cookies for Santa!

The boys were so proud, to give Santa cookies and milk!

Christmas Eve Church Service

Chirstmas Eve is about CHRIST! So, I dressed up the kids and went to church! The boys were excited to give Jesus their offering. Joseph stated that Jesus would like our offering "not toys!" Aunt Justina went with us, and the boys thought that was extra-special too! They made it through 25 minutes of the service, but then we took them to the nursery! Singing they like, sitting still not so much! We missed Daddy, but hope to see him at home soon.

Making Reindeer Food!

It is Christmas Eve, praise HIM today for the birth of Jesus! We are going to Christmas Eve service at church this morning, but before we leave we had to make the reindeer food! Anthony is working, and oncall through Monday, but we will still celebrate! We will place our reindeer food outside tonight for the reindeer to rest and have a snack! Santa's cookies will be made this afternoon!  Our reindeer food is a special recipe, only found at our house. It is oats ( Quaker Oatmeal ), wild rice ( Uncle Ben's), and glitter!  The glitter is so the reindeer can see our house from the sky! Enjoy your Chirstmas Eve! Happy Birthday Jesus, spend special time with HIM today!

Aunt Kim!!

"Aunt" Kim came from Nashville to spend the night with us, and celebrate Christmas! When I told the boys that Aunt Kim was coming that night and we will give presents, they immediately said "santa cause." It took some explaining that Aunt Kim would be coming and bringing presents, but no, she was not Santa Clause! However, as far as Johnathan and Joseph are concerned, they think she is better than Santa! Aunt Kim brought the boys baseball gloves! They LOVED them! Seriously, Johnathan took his and Joseph's upstairs for naps, they both slept with their gloves under their blankets! However, my left handed Joseph is still attempting to put the glove in his left hand, and then throw with his left hand. Even when Kim and I tried to get him to switch hands, he said "no Mommy, left hand." Hmmm, we may need a toddler lefty glove, do they make such a thing? Thanks Aunt Kim for some long over due girl chat, and the fun with the kids!
