First Flight

We are in California! Anthony is attending an orthopedic veterinary conference, so Jayne Elizabeth and I tagged along! This was her first flight and she did amazing!! The first leg she slept the entire flight! The second leg she was wide awake and happy! The other passengers said she was the free entertainment, since a movie was $8! We are now at the hotel and looking for some activites for a mom and infant! Anthony is serious about his continued education, he will be in class from 8-6. ugh! Update on our adventures later this week!

Air Show

We took the family to the Crossville Air Show over the weekend. It was so HOT and crowded! The boys did enjoy seeing the planes and helicopters. I think that Anthony enjoyed the day, especially since his Dad and Grandad are pilots! He said that next year we are taking the boys to the "big" airshow in Dayton, Ohio with Grandaddy!

Girls, Girls, Girls

Ok, my sweetie pie Jayne Elizabeth with her girls!! We went to the farm to take a few Senior pictures with Lacey, and snuck Jayne Elizabeth into the snapshots. Kim is in town this weekend, visiting us! We love her company, but wish the rain would go away so we could enjoy the outdoors!

It's been some time

Sorry that I havent been keeping updated with our happenings, however we have been busy! In the last few weeks here is the recap. My 92 year old Aunt Frances graduated to heaven, and we miss her more than imagined. She LOVED our children, and was even holding Jayne Elizbeth two days before she passed away. She lived with my grandpa, and I think he will miss her the most.
Anthony is super busy at the veterinary clinic, which is a huge praise, however hard for the family at home! He is actively looking for a third vet to join the practice. I think the kids are busier than ever, and growing up so fast. We decided not to put then in a Mother's Day Out program, and hired an amazing girl to come in the house to help me during the days! It has been fabulous, and the kids are learning so much, and happy to have the extra hands to help!
I got a haircut!!!! Yes, I had my hair cut above my shoulders! This is the shortest style that I have worn since childhood! Anthony prefers it longer, and says that it will grow! ha! I like it, and feel a comprimise coming!
Last weekend I went with 46 women from our church to a Women of Faith conference in Atlanta. This is the first time that I have left the baby overnight and had my pump in hand all weekend! It was great fellowship with the girls, and I loved the praise and worship with Steven Curtis Chapman and Mandisa! Anthony's mom came for the weekend to help with the kids while I was gone. I am sure they enjoyed Grandma Gail time, and it is always nice for Anthony to spend time with his family since they do not live close by. I think that is the sum of events, and I will try to keep you up with the happenings!
