Pretty Pictures

We decided to take a few pictures of the kids.....surprise!  Jayne Elizabeth is so busy that she doesnt stay still long enough for a picture! Johnathan and Joseph's pictures were taken when we went on a "hike" with Uncle Clay, Aunt Justina, and Kendra. My dream is to have a good picture of all three, one day it will happen!

The Three Little Warlicks Go To the Market

The three little Warlicks went to the livestock market! This was Jayne Elizabeth's first time to go with Papa to the cow sale! And this was the first time we took all three together to the sale barn! There was not a space to be filled in Papa's truck after three carseats filled with toddlers, three adults, and the diaper bags! Joseph suggessted that I ride in Papa's trailer! Johnathan laughed out loud and said "that silly Joseph."  As we were getting ready to leave our house, we were all putting on our boots when little Jayne Elizabeth said repeatedly "boot on, boot on Mommy!" Well, she did not have cowboy boots but she insisted. So she went to the sale barn in her brothers old boots, two sizes bigger than hers!

Looking into the cow trailer, "let's go to the sale baby Jayne!"

These kids love a cow trailer!
 Two boys and a girl!

Papa's diesel truck is a big deal...if they hear a loud truck go by they say "it's a deesell Mommy!"
This cowgirl is spunky, and very proud of her boots!
At the livestock market! The kids were fascinated.
It was a dairy cow sale, the boys were quick to point out loud that Papa already had those at his farm!
They walked right down front to the steps in the middle aisle and sat down!
Jayne Elizabeth's first cow sale, and mine and Daddy's first cow sale with the kids!
Johnathan and Joseph are experts, but still had many questions about the happenings!
Papa's girl, just ask her and she will tell you.
Jayne Elizabeth made her way down to sit with the boys!
It was getting way past bedtime, and the cowboys and cowgirl were getting tired....

Choo-choo! Briggs is two!

We celebrated with a train party at Joe and Dana's house for Briggs' birthday! Great party, great friends with great fun!
Birthday boy Briggs!!!
The train craft was rolling a toy train through paint, then on a picture!

Johnathan eventually derailed this train....but it did start again!

The train cake was so adorable!

Pond Management

Today we spent the day at the farm getting ready for "Papa's party at the pond with all his friends." This is how we explained it to the kids. Actually Universisty of Tennessee put on this workshop. My Dad agreed to allow the field day at the farm on the stocked pond! Topics discussed were managing leaking ponds, aquatic weed management, fertilization, fish sampling, keeping a pond balanced, and stocking rates. The highlight of the kids days was when the wildlife resource team took out their boat and "stunned" the fish, then caught them with nets to bring to the shore to inspect! The turn out was outstanding with around 150 people present.

Johnathan was mesmerized by the fish!

My boys!

I love twins! The boys bedtime is hysterical! I am glad that we can still laugh through our sleepless nights! Yes, we still sleep upstairs in our guest room so that we "available" for the kids! Jayne Elizabeth is in a crib so she doesnt have the option to come to our bed. Johnathan and Joseph take advantage of our availability nightly!! They still talk non-stop, and we still listen on the baby monitors. Last night we heard Joseph state "hurry brudder get back in bed, I hear Daddy coming!" We can hear them say "wait brudder, it is my turn to talk!" Some nights their only request is to sleep together. Most nights we discourage the chaos but a few nights the boys have slept through the night together in the same bed. If anyone needs advice on what not to do to get your kids to sleep in their own bed, Anthony and I are available for consults! We will not even get into the bedwetting issues of  twin boys who end up in OUR bed! ha! Remember that Anthony and I laugh through these nights!

Night time check reveals a empty bed, hmmmm.
They moved all their "things" into Johnathan's bed. Perfectly placed two of everything in the same bed! Good job boys!

Love these sleepy smiles!!

The World Race

We are all called to different paths, and different walks. Right now, for a year, God has called my lifelong friend Ginger to the World Race. The World Race is an 11 month, 11 country mission to be the hands and feet of Christ. Ginger is an award winning writer and photographer. In order to finance this mission Ginger has published desktop calendars and books "Post card Prayers"  with the proceeds assisting the World Race. The photgraphy and scriptures are breathtaking. The content is from her previous trips. I humbly ask you to consider helping. We covet your prayers for Ginger. Throughout this year you will be able to follow Ginger and her team as she snaps photos and videos through the World Race blog! Neat, huh?!? Anthony and I hosted a book signing and  luncheon in our town to introduce Ginger to our friends! The response was amazing! Now, our request. Anthony and I have agreed to partner with Ginger in this endeavor, we have 150 books/calendars to sell! We are praying that 15 of our friends will be willing to each sell 10 books and/or calendars to help Ginger reach her goal! This blog reaches so many different people in different locations! I can assure you that YOU will receive the blessing by these books! The photography is breathtaking!
