We took the monkeys to the zoo!
Anthony was off today, so we packed up the mini-van and headed to the Knoxville Zoo! It was 80 degrees and we had a slight breeze! The weather was gorgeous! Several of the exhibits were not open yet, so we were a little disappointed. The favorite of the day were the elephants!! And for some reason Johnathan thought that every animal at the zoo grrrowled!! It was so funny. The kids all did great, and we even went to a sit down restaurant with the family of five!! We are so proud, and truly are thankful for spending the day together as a family. God is good.

We were sad the camels were "asleep" too! Loving this weather!
Tell me this - was the slush puppie man there yet? I kid you not when I tell you the main reason we take William to the zoo is so we can get a slush puppie! They have the premixed machines - ahh so good!
Your kids are all so beautiful. I hope we have as much fun at the zoo! I can't wait to see the girls' expressions when they see the animals. Hooray for family time!
